Michaela joined Ellie with multiple years of experience working with people through large corporations, as well as individuals in a customer support representative roll. In her collegiate career she completed social work courses and is a firm believer there should be no judgement in anyone’s journey. With her fun personality and easy to approach attitude, she can make quick connections with both clients & coworkers. She also works hard to find a resolution that fits each individual’s needs. She handles each scenario differently, as there is no “one size fits all” approach.

Outside of work Michaela enjoys spending time with her two cat kids, her dog brother, & her two human nieces. One thing Michaela enjoys is traveling, and hopes to visit Bora Bora one day. She knows how important mental health is and takes it upon herself to make sure self-care is in her daily routine.
