Michael is an Austin native and completed his training at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, CA. He works with adults and adolescents of all backgrounds and identities, and brings a warm presence to his work. His own mental health journey led him on a quest of self-exploration and spiritual searching. His therapeutic approach combines body-centered approaches, such as the Hakomi method, with Jungian and transpersonal psychologies; he emphasizes experiential approaches. He prides himself on holding the mind, body, and spirit of the client while acknowledging and integrating sociocultural realities.
