Michael is an Austin native and recently completed his training at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, CA. He works with adults and adolescents of all backgrounds and identities, and brings a warm presence to his work. His own mental health journey led him on a quest to find the good, true, and the beautiful. His therapeutic approach combines body-centered approaches, such as the Hakomi method, with Jungian and transpersonal psychologies, placing an emphasis on experiential approaches. He prides himself on holding the mind, body, and spirit of the client while also integrating sociocultural realities.
