Michael has experience with a variety of therapeutic approaches such as ERP, CBT, ACT and DBT. He also practices from an existential perspective, focusing not only on symptom relief, but on helping clients gain insight into the core challenges that shape their lives. He believes each client holds the inner tools for growth, and he’s honored to walk alongside them as they work towards wellness and self-understanding.
Michael is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University.
