Megan is an experienced therapist with a passion for mental health. She strongly believes that life is meant to be a joyful experience, and loves to help her clients build an intentional life that they love. Megan is an expert in helping clients with anxiety, OCD, and stress management, as she dedicated the last few years helping clients through the OCD & Anxiety Treatment Center in Utah.
Megan is trained in several modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), DBT-Prolonged Exposure, Motivational Interviewing, and uses trauma informed practices in all of her work. She is also a natural leader and finds joy in helping to train the next generation of therapists.
In her downtime, Megan loves jeeping, rock crawling, camping, boating, or anything outside with her 2 boys and 2 crazy dogs.
