Meg has spent most of her career in schools or community-based mental health settings. She is trained in TFCBT & loves helping people with anxiety challenge their anxieties and recognize their worth. She loves playing games while hanging out with younger clients. She approaches therapy in a relaxed and calm environment, so every client can feel comfortable talking to her at their own pace. She has a masters in social work and is working toward her Ph.D. in Psychology, so she can continue to develop an understanding of the human brain and why people are the way they are.
