Utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, Matthew works to help empower clients to address and overcome their mental health challenges, understanding that therapy is not one-size-fits all and that each client deserves a plan of care that is as unique as they are. Using his training and experience, Matthew seeks to ensure clients feel free to be their most authentic selves in a non-judgmental, safe space as they work together on the path to wellness. Matthew has experience working with adult clients, families and couples and specializes in the following areas:
- Anxiety Disorder
- Bereavement / Grief Counseling
- Cognitive Behavior Therapy
- Couples / Marriage Counseling
- Depression
- LGBTQ
- Health and Physical Disabilities
- Men’s Issues
- PTSD
Matthew earned his Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Wayne State University and has been working in the mental health field since 2016.
