Maryrose Yerger is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate who enjoys serving adolescents, adults, and couples. She has also grown a passion for working with survivors of trauma. She received her MS in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon. In her work, she draws on her background in Yoga and meditation instruction, transpersonal psychology, expressive arts, and nature-based therapy. She is trained in both Gestalt and Internal Family Systems therapy, and has experience utilizing art therapy techniques in both group and individual settings. Maryrose takes a holistic collaborative approach to support her clients in moving through life’s challenges with more ease and peace.
In her free time you can find Maryrose singing, dancing, painting, strumming her guitar, and hiking the Wissahickon.
