Are you struggling with issues of identity? Do you struggle with feeling understood by others and prioritizing your own needs? Do you often feel like issues affect you more than the average person? If you’re struggling with any of these issues, therapy is a great place to start. I’m here to help you on your journey of gaining self-awareness. As a neurodivergent myself, I understand many of the issues that come with operating differently in the world. I want to help you realize your authentic self while still being able to navigate the world. I specialize in relationship issues, codependency, narcissistic abuse, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and depression. I counsel individuals, couples, and families. I approach issues from a biopsychosocial lens, taking the whole person and environment in to account. My therapy style is a focused, results-driven approach. I utilize psycho-analysis, person-centered therapy, skill training, solution-focused therapy, and structured family therapy to help you uncover the root of what’s stopping you from being your best self, and implementing steps to progress forward.
