Mary recently relocated to Ohio from Washington state in May of last year after finishing her Masters degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Mary began her career working with the severely mentally ill and then substance use. Currently, she helps individuals with depression, anxiety, executive functioning skills deficit, stress, spirituality concerns, career obstacles, substance use, bipolar and related disorders, emotional regulation, and other needs.

Mary describes her therapy approach as client centered, holistic, and solutions focused. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Enhanced Illness Management Recovery, talk therapy, Mindfulness, and Radical Acceptance. Mary’s passion for therapy is helping individuals discover deeper meaning, open new thought patterns and gain a more integrative and sapiential life experience.

Outside of therapy, Mary enjoys spending time with her 2 year old son, partner, and two dogs. She also enjoys practicing yoga.
