Marilyn is a clinical intern pursuing a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at North Dakota State University. Marilyn would consider her approach to counseling a humanistic approach and continue to learn her own unique therapeutic style.
Marilyn’s personality is humble, funky, creative, and playful. She understands the value of children and families while instilling the value of being heard, validated, and appreciated. Marilyn also has a passion for young adults as they are entering college or in the workforce. As Marilyn is a first-generation college student and a Hispanic, she sees the value of the voice.
In Marilyn’s free time, she can be found reading and trying new food/coffee places. She loves spending time with family and friends.
