Maricela Galindo, LPC

Mari has worked in private practice, in schools, and in community mental health. Her focus over her 26 years of experience has been on working with mostly pre-adolescents to middle-aged adults on a variety of issues, including relationships, anxiety, depression and anger management. Mari’s counseling approach is to treat all clients with dignity and respect regardless of age, race, sexual orientation, or gender identity and to provide a safe, genuine, empathetic, accepting, and nonjudgmental environment. She uses different therapeutic modalities depending on each individual client; however, she favors Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy.
