Maria graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from San Martin de Porres University in Lima, Peru. Maria has a Master of science in Marriage and Family therapy from Albizu University in 2021. Maria has experience of working with different populations. Maria has almost a decade of Clinical and educational experience in Peru. Her specialties include CBT and REBT. Recently, Maria has worked with women who have suffered domestic violence as well as with older adults, helping them go through different circumstances that are difficult for their lives. Maria likes to apply different tools and apply them in each session while maintaining the individuality of each client and collaboratively develop treatment goals and individualized interventions depending upon the needs of the client.
