Margaret received her Bachelor of Social Work from Florida State University in 2003 and her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver in 2008. Margaret is committed to the values of social justice and transformation and uses a strength-based, person-centered approach, fueled by compassion and authenticity. Margaret’s practice is mindfulness-based and evidence informed. Margaret’s specialties include life transitions, grief and loss, foster care, adoption, women’s health, and integration. She has an Advanced Certificate in Therapeutic Life Story Work, an evidenced based narrative model that provides excellent outcomes for children, youth, and adults who have experienced trauma.
