I am an associate professional clinical counselor (APCC#11417) with over four years of experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with eating disorders, addiction, and co-occurring issues. My approach is psychodynamic, emphasizing how early development impacts the way we interact with the world today. As a therapist who is Chinese-American, a child of immigrants, and a first generation student, I am passionate about working with clients who seek help with identity conflict, discrimination, intergenerational trauma, self-esteem, spirituality, and values. I obtained my dual masters’ degrees in counseling and mental health services and professional counseling from the University of Pennsylvania.
