Maggie is in her final year pursuing her Masters in Clinical Counseling and has a variety of experience working with populations ranging from adolescents to older adults. She values patience, building trust, engaging in authentic conversation, and finding new, dynamic ways to grow.
Maggie works to support clients using a variety of approaches and techniques, including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and Positive Psychotherapy. She encourages creative thought and loves discovering new ways to overcome challenges. Maggie is also working towards her certification in Systemic Couple and Family Therapy, which she plans to utilize alongside her evolving therapeutic approaches.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling to new places, eating good food, and diving into as many fictional universes as possible!
