Madison Gruenewald, MA, LPCC

Therapist

Madison is a licensed therapist in the state of Minnesota. Her experience includes working with individuals, groups and families and she has worked with both adolescents and adults. She has experience working in outpatient mental health/substance use disorder treatment settings in both community mental health clinics and private practice. Areas of expertise include helping clients work through relationship issues, codependency, mood management, self discovery and recovery from trauma and/or substance addiction.

She strongly believes in a person-centered approach, creating a non-judgemental space in which her clients can feel seen and understood and guides and encourages individuals in setting their own goals. Her goal is to provide support, guidance and development of new strategies to aid in the journey of self-exploration, self-healing, interpersonal growth and development of healthier thought patterns and daily habits.

Madison’s self-care outside of therapy includes tending to her plants, hiking and being outdoors (when the weather here permits!), watching the occasional true crime documentary and spending time with family playing games.
