Madelyn Koshay, LLMSW

Therapist

Madelyn knows that life can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re watching your child struggle or trying to manage your own stress, emotions, or relationships. Her goal is to help you (or your child) feel heard, supported, and capable of creating real change.

Madelyn works with kids (ages 4+), teens, adults, and families, helping them navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, identity exploration, and life transitions. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate—drawing from CBT, DBT, somatic techniques, and IFS to meet each person’s unique needs.
Whether it’s helping a child learn to manage big feelings or guiding an adult through a tough season, Madelyn believes therapy should feel safe, empowering, and even a little fun!

Madelyn earned her Master’s in Social Work (Children and Families) and Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Law, Justice, and Social Change from the University of Michigan.
