I am a second-year Master of Social Work student at the University of Denver committed to fostering growth, curiosity, and agency in brave, collaborative spaces. My approach is strengths-based, empowering, and rooted in empathy. I work with individuals and couples of all orientations, with a strong dedication to supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and exploring sociocultural influences on sexual and gender identities.
I am passionate about destigmatizing alternative relationships and cultivating self-love and support systems. Trained in TF-CBT, I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, creative modalities, and use Gottman and emotionally focused techniques in couples work. I practice under supervision of Kaitlin Onorato, LMSW.
