Lucy provides a non-judgmental, welcoming, and safe space where clients can feel accepted and supported. Lucy strives to empower clients throughout their experience of gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and serves as a guide for them as they begin to work towards their unique therapeutic goals.
Lucy’s therapeutic work is guided by a person-centered approach that acknowledges each client’s unique strengths and experiences and incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness principles. Lucy believes in the importance of embracing a multicultural approach to therapy to provide individualized care, as she believes that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy.
Outside of work, Lucy loves to try new recipes, read, travel and spend time outdoors!
