Lucy approaches therapy with the understanding that people are made up of many parts, and that integrating these parts generates a deeper recognition of each individual and their experiences as innately human. Through utilizing a person-centered and strengths-based approach, Lucy strives to support individuals in developing tools for self-empowerment and reflection. She values human connection and recognizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship in creating an honest and comfortable space for change to occur.
Lucy offers therapy for adults and adolescents, through a collaborative and systemic lens to meet each individual where they are at in their story. Through her work, Lucy emphasizes the authenticity and resiliency of each person and how they experience the world.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog. She enjoys spending time outdoors in the summer months and can often be found with a cup of coffee in hand.
