I provide therapy for adults and families navigating grief, illness, depression, anxiety, and significant life changes. With a background in hospice care, behavioral health, and community counseling, I bring both clinical expertise and compassion to my work.
I hold a Master of Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and use evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, IFS, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients can process emotions, gain insight, and build resilience toward meaningful, lasting change.
