As a Mental Health Therapist, Loretta possesses her master’s degree in counseling psychology and is licensed in New Jersey as an associate counselor. Loretta motivates clients to achieve their full potential by helping them use their unique qualities and individual strengths. She has experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, health psychology, mood disorders, relationship issues, and anger management. She believes therapy is a tool for helping clients to become present in the moment and being free from daily stressors.
