Liz is a licensed mental health counselor associate who received her BA in Sociology with a minor in Education Studies from DePauw University and her Master’s degree in Counseling from Antioch University. She enjoys working with individuals from all life stages, ages 4-100. Liz believes each life stage comes with its own challenges and utilizes a person centered approach to support each client in whatever stressor or challenge they may be experiencing.

As a person centered therapist, Liz follows the lead of the client and calls on techniques from many theories to assist clients in reaching their mental health goals. Liz has experience with CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, play therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and attachment theory. Liz strives to create a safe, comfortable environment for her clients.
