Liz is a pre-licensed therapist getting her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Dakota State University. Prior to counseling Liz worked as a behavioral therapist doing ABA therapy.
Liz is eclectic and pulls from multiple theoretical orientations such as person-centered, ACT, existential, and CBT. Liz believes in authenticity and exploration. In Liz’s practice she emphasizes collaboration and transparency.
