Linda is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience working with individual clients ranging from children as young as 3 to older adults. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bernard M Baruch College in New York City. Linda was born to two Ecuadorian parents who’s first language is Spanish. She does therapy in both English and Spanish and became a therapist to fill the need for the Spanish speaking population. Having come from NYC, Linda has a vast amount of experience working with many different diagnoses, races, ethnicities, religious backgrounds, etc. Linda likes to refer herself as her clients cheerleader to instill hope and motivation within each person to get each and everyone to get to their therapeutic goals. Linda believes in a treatment philosophy that adopts and eclectic approach, even though she was highly trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Linda enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading and gardening.
