Lily Moon, MSW, LSW

Lily is a Licensed Social Worker here to support anyone who wants to break free and out of the box that no longer serves them. She believes that no two people experience the world in exactly the same way, and that many of those differences are often labeled as a negative simply because they do not fit into whatever current definition of “normal” dominates mainstream culture. Her hope is to empower clients to embrace their individual experiences as valid, live an authentic life and identify new ways to successfully navigate the world on their terms. Lily likes to incorporate humor and enduring empathy as someone learns to let go of what doesn’t work and love themselves.

Lily has extensive experience working with unhoused folks, marginalized populations, and folks with persistent mental health struggles. She approaches therapy from a humanist, person-centered and trauma-informed perspective and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and others depending on the individual needs of the client.
