Lilian has been in the field of Social Work for 32 years with a total of 25 years providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Bachelor of Science & Social Work from Purdue University & later obtained a Master of Social Work from IUPUI. She became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in July 1998 and hold a License in Addictions Counseling. Her experience encompasses working in a wide variety of settings including prior work as an Independently Licensed Contract Therapist. In addition to clinical work, she’s held various social worker positions both as a medical social worker & using her case management skills. Her primary focus is to assist people in healing heart wounds & achieving higher levels of emotional, mental, physical & spiritual wellness. She supports people through struggles with depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, setting healthy boundaries with assertiveness, symptoms of trauma that have surfaced following post-trauma of various kinds, grief/loss of loved ones, pet(s) & for the older adults, loss of independence related to aging, injury, or illness. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy & especially enjoy working with young adults as they make life transitions, women’s health & prepared to assist anyone seeking Faith-Based counseling. She is happy to provide therapy to anyone age 14 or older. She considers it a privilege & honor to serve you should you choose her as your therapist.
