Leslie Stevens is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with extensive experience working with diverse populations across a wide range of circumstances. She is deeply passionate about supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging transitions, including relocation, grief and loss, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, parenting, post-traumatic events, marriage, and divorce. Leslie understands that even when these events occurred months or years ago, their impact can continue to show up as anxiety, depression, panic, PTSD, addiction, and difficulties with behavior, communication, attachment styles, and relationships. Leslie enjoys working with clients across the lifespan—from the itty bittiest of kiddos to those in their golden years, and everyone in between. She considers it an incredible privilege to sit with clients as they share their stories and to walk alongside them using a holistic, collaborative approach to improve mental health and overall well-being. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, Leslie tailors her approach to fit each individual’s unique needs, helping clients better understand how their mind and nervous system function. Whether someone is seeking support to cope more effectively in daily life or needs space to process a paradigm-shifting experience, Leslie provides a compassionate and supportive environment for growth and healing. Outside of her work as a therapist, Leslie enjoys rock climbing, weightlifting, hiking, and spending time with her family.
