Lejla (pronounced “Layla”) is a Registered Mental Health Therapist Intern, with a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their journey towards emotional well-being. Lejla believes in the power of words and uses them as instruments of change that can foster connections and healing. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, Lejla works collaboratively with clients to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Lejla completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Florida International University and also holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Lejla utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities like Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring them to each client’s unique needs. Outside of therapy, Lejla enjoys yoga and spending time with her husband and two children. She is dedicated to continuous professional growth and regularly engages in training and supervision to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.
