Life can be confusing and it can be difficult to navigate alone, especially in this digital day and age. I am here to help you process all the different thoughts and feelings that would otherwise
continue to be overlooked so you can feel more comfortable in your skin. I have worked with both adolescents and adults, and children experiencing symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, depression,
working through trauma, as well as those with developmental disabilities.
In therapy we will work together to find a way to manage life on life’s terms by building coping skills, learning the patterns that we are prone to enter into, and establishing a clear sense of self
for you to feel confident in living to be your best self.
I do not see therapy as a one-size fits all; everyone is unique in their own way. I am here to offer a safe, judgement free space for all clients and encourage my client to come as they are, I will
meet you there. We can work together to help you meet your goals.
