Lauren Whitehead is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University. She has experience working with adolescents and adults in various settings such as schools, group therapy, community-based services, and outpatient facilities. Her focus areas include but are not limited to, Anxiety, Depression, self-esteem, mindfulness, self-compassion, and bereavement. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and being outdoors.
