Lauren Sheedy, LMSW

Lauren is a Licensed Master Social Worker, originally from California. While she misses the landscapes of the central valley and coast, nothing compares to the memories she’s making here in Tennessee! Having experience and skill in crisis management, she is very well equipped to offer stability and support in her patients’ most difficult moments. Lauren’s goal is to provide an authentic and relatable environment where everyone believes they can be themselves without judgement. Therapy can be awkward and vulnerable, but sometimes that’s the point! The foundation of her practice lies in trauma-informed and systems perspectives. In Lauren’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and labradoodle – Mud, binging TV shows, and reading new books!
