Lauren works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood concerns, trauma-related stress, and substance use. Lauren draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based, and trauma-informed frameworks, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Lauren believes healing happens through collaboration, skill-building, and self-compassion, and strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel understood and empowered.
Lauren holds a Master of Social Work degree and has clinical experience in various outpatient mental health settings, supporting diverse populations on their path toward growth, balance, and well-being.
