Lauren is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Before becoming a therapist, Lauren spent five years working in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) research with military veterans, a journey that strengthened her commitment to supporting those in need of healing and growth.
As a therapist, Lauren strives to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly heard and understood. Her approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, fostering empathy and trust, alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to guide clients toward their mental wellness goals. She finds great joy in supporting those who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions.
When she’s not in the office, Lauren loves to spend time in nature, capturing moments through photography, camping, outdoor rock climbing, and running. These activities keep her grounded and inspired, and she brings that same energy and compassion into her work with clients.
