LaShalle is a Licensed Social Worker specializing in evidence-based therapeutic practices for individuals, children, and families. She received her BSW in 2013 from Indiana University and her MSW in 2022 from Indiana University with a focus in Mental Health and Addictions. Her clinical experience includes supporting clients navigating substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, grief, self-esteem and life stressors.
LaShalle integrates Cognitive-Behavioral strategies, Solution-Focused techniques, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed care to help clients develop clarity, build coping skills, and create sustainable change.
She is committed to culturally responsive practice and strives to create an environment that is safe, supportive, and empowering. LaShalle is a Christian and is open to integrating faith-based practices into therapy upon request. With a strong foundation in advocacy and holistic care, LaShalle partners with clients to help them achieve emotional stability, personal growth, and improved quality of life.
