Therapy can be helpful for anyone. Humans are relational beings and working with someone trained to hold your big thoughts and emotions can help you become a better you. I believe in the power of therapy and the therapeutic relationship. I want to make this space safe and non-judgmental. Where you are able to process big moments, emotions, and traumas to become more regulated and grow within yourself and your relationships. I am taking new clients for therapy. I use Positive Psychology, MCBT, CBT, Person-Centered, and Strength-based approaches. I work with kids, teens, and adults individually. I speak Urdu/Hindi.
