Lacie Morgan is a is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Gina Gabriano, MS, LPC-Supervisor. Lacie is an authentic and compassionate therapist who meets individuals where they are in their life. Her area of expertise is working with early adulthood, and middle adulthood ages. She strives to help individuals to not feel alone in their situation from a non-judgmental and non-pathologizing standpoint can enable individuals to have their feelings and emotions validated. She assists individuals toward developing a sense of empowerment, mental health healing, and helps individuals feel safe to share their personal story throughout their counseling journey. Her passion is to help others live their life to their greatest potential by assisting individuals to discover their inner strength and courage. Her warm personality, and unconditional positive regard toward others can enable individuals to feel comfortable while seeking her counseling services. Depending on the unique set of needs of an individual’s treatment plan and goals, the theoretical approaches implemented in her counseling process entails a humanistic and psychodynamic approach which aims to help individuals develop a sense of self-actualization through discovery of strengths and personal growth. Her types of therapy approaches consist of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eclectic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Theory of Motivation, and Mindfulness Practices.
