Bio

Lacey’s empowering therapeutic approach comes from a person first perspective. She believes we are all people first, creating meaning and purpose in the world. This allows Lacey to remain neutral in family conflict and provide non-judgmental approaches to person centered care. Lacey enjoys supporting clients and their families as they learn ways to refine skills to improve their quality of life. Lacey believes everyone can succeed with the right support and set of tools.

Prior to joining Ellie, Lacey spent the last decade advancing her clinical expertise in an array of settings including; residential, school-based, in-home, and non-profit providers.

Lacey continues to use her passion for mental health and equitable policies, to continue advocating for BIPOC, LGBTQI+ and other at-risk populations through outreach, education, and researched based policy work.

This passion allows Lacey to quickly establish rapport with diverse populations. Lacey’s superpower is the ability to remain calm in crisis situations. Lacey also loves hearing a good joke and using humor as a healing tool.

Outside of work, Lacey enjoys having family talent shows and dance contests with her husband and children.
