My name is LaBre, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Keiser University. I served 15 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Medical Technician, shaping my compassionate approach to care. My experiences inform my expertise in adolescence, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and severe mental illnesses like borderline personality disorder and schizophrenia. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I empower clients, especially those from diverse (BIPOC) backgrounds, to develop communication skills and healthy coping strategies and achieve personal growth and a fulfilling life.
