Bio

Kyle is a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist and co-founder of Ellie Mental Health. Kyle was previously Chief Operations Officer, and is now serving an advisory role at Ellie. He also oversees the development of a psychedelic-assisted therapy clinic, the Institute for Integrative Therapies, which works in collaboration with Ellie.

Kyle is passionate about challenging the status quo and bringing innovative modalities into the field of mental health. He believes that mental health struggles should be normalized, and that as professionals we must get rid of the “us and them” dynamic that too often exists in this field.

Kyle has worked in the field since 2007, across a variety of settings. Much of his experience has been through community-based services, social work and case management. He has been practicing psychotherapy since 2012, and specializes in trauma, mood, anxiety (including OCD), existential and spiritual struggles.
