Authenticity fosters the growth of yourself and others around you. Kyle believes a trusting respectful relationship with someone who is true to themselves can help an individual grow and develop in ways that they never thought possible. These relationships allow people to challenge themselves in ways that can be difficult. Kyle seeks to be his authentic self and in doing so brings this same philosophy to his therapy practice by providing warmth, respect, guidance, wit, humor, and brutal honesty to his clients.
Kyle’s approach is person centered, seeking to provide warmth and respect along with gentle challenges to help clients identify their personal struggles and develop ways that they can change and grow. Kyle utilizes an eclectic variety of techniques, ranging from traditional CBT to early memory recall to help each client discover their own unique solution to their struggles.
Kyle enjoy’s working with individual, couples, teenagers, children, and families.
Kyle has experience in working with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, relationship obstacles, trauma, anger, serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), ADHD, and OCD. Kyle is driven to help clients develop healthy relationships that can allow them to overcome any obstacle that they might experience.
