Kyle is a therapist who works with couples, families, and individuals to build stronger relationships and navigate life’s challenges with warmth, authenticity, and care. He believes everyone brings unique strengths to the world, and therapy can be a space to reconnect with those strengths, both personally and relationally.
Drawing from over a decade of experience in sports-based youth development and coaching, Kyle takes a holistic, mind-body approach to therapy. He focuses on how relationships shape our well-being and brings authenticity, emotion, and humor into his work to create a natural, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered.
Kyle works from a social justice lens, acknowledging how societal systems impact mental well being and relationships. He is committed to deepening his understanding of different cultures and perspectives and being an ally.
Outside of therapy, Kyle enjoys music, staying active, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and family.
