Krystal Walton III, MA, is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trinity International University. Krystal provides evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, groups, and adolescents, with clinical experience addressing complex and co-occurring mental health concerns.
Clinical specialties include trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, relationship and attachment difficulties, substance use disorders, grief and loss, stress, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders.
Krystal utilizes an client-centered treatment approach informed by Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and person-centered interventions. Faith-based therapy is incorporated upon request.
Outside of clinical practice, Krystal values time with loved ones, volunteering, prioritizing self-care and creative expression through fashion.
