Kristyn Arteaga is an experienced pre-licensed clinician working under the supervision of a licensed clinical mental health counselor. She works with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults from various backgrounds and walks of life. Kristyn’s uses a client-centered approach focused on creating a safe, non-judgemental therapeutic environment to allow clients to work on behavior change using self-direction. Kristyn’s specialities include working with individuals with eating disorders and trauma as well as anxiety, depression, and grief.
