If you’ve been holding it together for everyone else, this is a place to put it down for a while.
Kristin is a warm, authentic therapist who prioritizes collaboration in creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to each client’s needs. Using EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches, she helps clients work through recurring patterns, anxiety, rage, trauma, and the challenges that often come with major life transitions. Her work focuses on helping clients reconnect with the parts of themselves rooted in wisdom, self-compassion, and resilience.
Kristin is committed to providing affirming, nonjudgmental care for all people. She especially enjoys working with parents, pregnant individuals, and those navigating postpartum experiences, including infertility, grief, birth trauma, perinatal mood disorders, unexpected postpartum challenges, and complex identity shifts. She understands how parenthood can bring both old wounds and new emotions to the surface, and she values creating space for clients to process those experiences with honesty and compassion.
Kristin believes therapy does not require having everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes, it simply starts with the hope that something can feel different.
