Kristen Stewart, MS, LPC

Kristen received her Master’s in Community Mental Health Counseling from the University of Rochester in 2014. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Kristen works with teens and adults who are experiencing life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, unresolved childhood trauma, and existential dread/anxiety. Kristen’s therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Existential Psychotherapy, and a bit of humor. Kristen believes: Life is precious, wild, and incredibly painful. As humans, we are dialectically resilient and fragile. And any remnant of stigma around getting mental health counseling is complete BS.
