Kosta graduated from Roosevelt University with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is working towards his LPC. Kosta has experience working with adolescents, adults, and the elderly, treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, personality disorders and psychosis using cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, along with narrative approach. Kosta develops therapeutic relationships based on trust and non-judgment, developing holistic and non-blaming solutions to problems with clients as the authority in their life. Kosta stays busy trying different restaurants around the city, playing video games, watching sports, hanging out with his cats, and listening to vinyl.
