Kirra Little, LPC

Therapist

Kirra brings a unique combination of experience with sports psychology and social work background. She attended the University of Denver for her Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology and was drawn to the social work field following graduation. Over the last six years in this field, Kirra has worked primarily with adolescents, young adults, and their families. Whether it be clients struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, or executive functioning, she enjoys helping clients navigate these challenges and move forward towards their goals. To Kirra, there is nothing better than when the lightbulb “goes on” and the client realizes they have the power to work through something. She uses her equal parts of empathy and humor to help clients get down to the root of the issue before walking alongside them to a resolution.
