Kimberly Spellman holds a master’s degree in professional counseling and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Liberty University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor.
The focus of her published work and presentations is on cultural competence and supporting marginalized individuals. She has worked at Road to Recovery, In Search of Wellness, and Looking Forward CMS in the Atlanta metropolitan area. She specializes in helping individuals build confidence, find work-life balance, improve relationship challenges, manage stress, anger, anxiety, depression, and crisis intervention. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve mental fitness, and her purpose is to provide a safe and inclusive space where human rights are respected for people from all walks of life, worldviews, and cultural backgrounds to heal. She has spent many years strengthening and developing skills in evidence-based interventions to achieve goals and support wellness.
