Kimberly Gonzalez, MHC-LP, is a bilingual English/Spanish psychotherapist who works with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship challenges, and personality-related concerns.
Kimberly earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and began her clinical work in an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for eating disorders, where she developed expertise supporting adolescents and adults in recovery. Her approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), blending practical skill-building with warmth, directness, compassion, and humor.

Kimberly supports children, teens, and adolescents through major developmental, emotional, social, and identity-related transitions. She helps young clients navigate anxiety, body image concerns, eating disorder recovery, OCD symptoms, trauma, peer and family stress, and emotional regulation. Her work often focuses on helping young people feel more comfortable in their bodies, build self-awareness, and grow into their unique identities with confidence and self-compassion.

She helps clients better understand emotional patterns, strengthen coping skills, clarify values, improve relationships, and move toward a more grounded, meaningful life.

Kimberly supports couples seeking to improve communication, resolve conflict, strengthen emotional connection, and better understand the patterns that shape their relationship. As a bilingual therapist, Kimberly is passionate about providing culturally responsive, accessible, and affirming care. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new coffee spots, staying active, and spending meaningful time with loved ones.
